For the sake of completeness, I am including my comparative study as one of the elements of my IB body of work. Effectively a detailed version of one of the screens, the comparative is intended to reinforce the principles of the IB Visual Arts program. At Higher Level, it is based around a study and comparison of three artists' work (though on occasion the same artist is used for two artworks), paying attention not only to the physical features of the work but also to the artists' cultural backgrounds and reasoning. Finally, we demonstrate how these artists have influenced one of our own pieces. For this, I chose to focus on Cebolla.
